ANI offers a wide range of services that support the planning, evaluation, design, implementation and governance of complete training strategies or programs. We team with your personnel to develop solutions and ensure effective transfer of skills.
Services include:
- Architecture / Strategy
Define the most effective and appropriate overall learning architecture / strategy - including instructor-led, self-study, e-learning, and Learning 2.0 solutions - to meet your current and future learning requirements. This architecture / strategy will align with identified business needs, fit the organizational culture, and can be implemented within the technical environment.
- Planning
Develop the necessary plans to move to the learning architecture / strategy as defined. Areas that are considered include: stakeholders and governance, technology and tools, content and process, and evaluation and assessment
- Organizational Development
Address organizational and change management issues within your learning and training organizations. These issues may be a result of the work being done in architecture / strategy or are separate and stand-alone. Issues that we can address include: vision and mission development, organizational redesign and restructuring, process redesign, job and task definition, team building, and individual coaching.
- Implementation
Ensure successful implementation of the learning architecture / strategy as well as initiative-based learning solutions and programs. We ensure the individuals and the organization as a whole are prepared and engaged by providing focused change management, communications, and marketing services.
- Assessment and Evaluation
Plan for and implement an appropriate metrics-based assessment and evaluation system to ensure the alignment of the learning architecture and strategy with the organization's requirements.
- Learning Governance
Introduce you to 'best practices' for learning governance, identify issues and opportunities in your organization, and develop a plan for your organization that includes: workflow processes, supporting tools, guidelines and checklists and other 'best practices' that help learning operations go much more smoothly. We can also help you set up or improve the decision-making framework and overall governance model for your organization.
