Fast Start Workshop

Description

This three-day Instructor-led workshop provides students with a baseline level of knowledge around the business relevance and technical features of Cisco's networking solutions and how they translate into tangible business benefits for an organization. By understanding the business and technical value of today's networking features, students will gain practical knowledge and/or present a more solutions-based presentation to customers.

Objectives

After completing this workshop sales professionals will be able to:

• Identify and discuss foundational networking principals and terminology
• Understand the positioning statements to be used with customers and Partners regarding networking solutions and the technology portfolio
• Recognize and discuss features and functionality of Cisco product families and the role of these within our advanced technology solutions

Length: 3 days

Audience: There are three different versions of Fast Start:

• Product-Focused - for Account Managers, Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps, Support Personnel
• Technology-Focused - for Pre-Sales/Post-Sales Engineers, Field Tech/Installers, Technical Assistance Reps
• Program & Service Focused - for Business Developers, Program Designers, Project Managers
