This two-day instructor-led workshop (on-site or on-line) will introduce Account Managers (AM) and Systems Engineers (SE) to the Small Business marketplace and related trends. At the end of this workshop the AM/SE will be able to:

• Apply these processes and solutions to meet customer needs including Cisco's:
• Smart Business Roadmap for Small Business
• Solutions portfolio for Small Business
• Wireless and security solutions
• Smart Business Communications System solution portfolio
• Define key resources and programs for Cisco Small Business and apply them to meeting customer needs.
