Step Three – Billing Information
Your registration can be confirmed with either a credit card payment, a valid PO, or a wire transfer. All Credit Card invoicing is processed 5-8 business days prior to the start date of the class session. Any unconfirmed registrations will be cancelled if payment information is not received 8 business days before the scheduled start date of the course.

ANI will accept many company purchase orders. The hard copy PO must be mailed or faxed to ANI before registration is confirmed. Not valid for international orders.

Confirmations:
Students will receive a formal confirmation of their class reservation 10 business days prior to the start date of the class. The confirmation is sent via email to the address provided in the submitted online registration form. This confirmation will also include location and local hotel information. Every effort will be made to notify students of cancelled classes at least 10 business days prior to the start date. Some courses require additional log-in information which will be provided as it becomes available. ANI recommends making travel and accommodation arrangements only after receiving a formal confirmation.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
ANI recommends that students reschedule their class instead of canceling. If you are unable to attend a course, written notice must be provided to ANI at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the class in order to receive full reimbursement. If you cancel 6-9 business days prior to the start date of the class, your registration may be transferred to an alternate class date or to a course of equal or lesser value (the alternate course must be taken within 6 months of the original course date). Any registration cancelled within 5 business days prior to the start of class, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Credit card information will be transmitted as encoded information via a Secure Socket Layer. It will only be used for this order and WILL NOT be kept on file.
