Find out what defines an effective team player and how team players and teamwork can benefit an organization's bottom line. Discover your own team player style, benchmark your team against the 12 characteristics of an effective team, develop a plan to build successful stakeholder relationships and examine ways to create a team-based environment.
In this survey-based course, you will identify your team leader (or member) style and develop a plan to increase your effectiveness using the data from the Parker Team Player Survey, a proven self-assessment instrument.
