Learning Objectives

• Identify specific problems and opportunities at work and come up with creative solutions and action plans to improve the individual’s work and the organization’s performance.
• Apply creative thinking concepts to the development of new products or initiatives and the improvement of existing services and systems. Learn how leading American organizations have done this.
• Create an environment/work culture that fosters innovation throughout the organization, and enables people to lead a productive and creative work life.

Facilitator

Jennifer Conaway draws on her 10 years of corporate experience in the fast-paced high tech environment to address and provide real world issues and examples. Her combination of lecture and experiential learning keep the learner engaged and their skills growing throughout the class. She has a keen understanding of the necessity to take skills from a workshop situation immediately and successfully into the work environment. Jennifer has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP #184543), is a CTACC (Certified Coach Training Alliance Coach), ChangeWorks! Practitioner and HumaNext Certified Facilitator.
