Learning Objectives
As a result of successful completion of this one-day workshop participants are expected to:

- Identify specific problems and opportunities at work and come up with creative solutions and action plans to improve the individual’s work and the organization’s performance.

Her combination of lecture and experiential learning keep the learner engaged and their skills growing throughout the class. She has a keen understanding of the necessity to take skills from a workshop situation immediately and successfully into the work environment.
