Trust between a leader and his or her employees are foundational to creating a productive and satisfying work environment. Breaking trust is easy; building or rebuilding it can be much more difficult.
This interactive Building Trust workshop focuses on what trust is and how to build it with employees. Activities, discussion and self-reflection will provide opportunity for participants to explore the topic of trust in depth and clarify their own perspective on trust. Participants will assess the level of trust that currently exists with their employees and determine actions to improve that trust where needed.
