Our workshops are customized to address the needs of the specific sales organization. We recognize there are unique requirements for each territory and experience level; so we design our programs to be modified to address your specific requirements. We expect 20 to 30 percent of each program to be customized.
ANI continues to provide field-experienced facilitators for each of our workshops. These facilitators have sales, technical, and management experience in many business areas including, manufacturing, insurance, telecom, high technology, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Our facilitators are outstanding instructors whose recent field experience enables them to provide real-world examples and to bring practical reality to the workshops. They are especially well-trained to perform knowledge assessments and to adapt the programs to meet the needs of the participants. Our goal is to provide you with the most effective training that – meets your specific requirements, is efficient, and minimizes the time out of the field. To maximize learning, we have designed our workshops to be highly interactive and to employ instructional techniques which assure learning. We also do gated assessments to determine which topics to emphasize and which to minimize. Our facilitators assess the progress of the participants and can provide either additional instruction or move more quickly through the material. Most of our workshops are designed to be completed in one day.
