Course Description

Effective, engaging and compelling demonstrations of Cisco’s Unified Communications products can generate excitement and demand. This workshop focuses on providing techniques and guidelines for making exceptional product demonstrations. It is a hands-on session that requires each participant to display their abilities to showcase Cisco’s Unified Communications products using demo kits or operational systems. This workshop is designed to take account managers from being bystanders to building their credibility through their abilities to demonstrate how these solutions bring value to customers. It may also be beneficial for sales engineers who want to move beyond the typical technology-oriented demonstrations to customer value-oriented product demonstrations.

As a result of successful completion of this workshop the account manager are expected to understand:

Prerequisites:
CUC Layering Advanced Voice and Services or at least 6 months of Cisco Unified Communications field sales experience
