Effective Use of Time in a High Tech World

Providing repeatable, reliable time use toolkits which allow time allocation to value-adding activity

Course Description

No matter how organized we are, there are always only 24 hours in a day. Time doesn't change. All we can actually manage is ourselves and what we do with the time we have. Time is the most precious resource at our disposal, but it is also one of the most fickle. Used wisely, it can be a powerful ally. Misused, it can be your greatest enemy. Research indicates that unproductive time for the average U.S. worker amounts to 33 days per year. Clearly, effective time management continues to elude many of us.

In today‘s harried, frantic business world, superior time management is absolutely critical for individuals and organizations. Greater productivity, improved results, reduced stress—these are just some of the benefits that successful time management confers.

An ANI time management workshop will help you identify and analyze areas of strengths and weaknesses with your personal time clock. Once uncovered, you can determine the best strategy of effectiveness for you. These strategies helps you to change behaviors over time so to achieve whatever general goal you've set for yourself, such as increasing your productivity or decreasing your stress. You need not only set your specific goals, but you can track them over time to see whether or not you're accomplishing them.

You CAN be in control and accomplish what you want to accomplish - once you've come to grips with these time management techniques and take control of your time. The goal of this workshop is to give participants a Time Management Process that will allow greater allocation of time against value-adding activities, resulting in greater probability of field sales goals and objectives being obtained.

This workshop includes Pre-Work, In-class Activities, and Implementation Accountability.
