Here is a summary of the MeetingPlace course offerings developed for Cisco's customers - end users and system administrators.

This session will provide the attendees with the skills needed to perform "back-office" scheduling and user profile management and to generate reports and perform capacity planning tasks. The topics covered in this session include: the MeetingTime client application and its usage; the eight mandatory elements that comprise a user profile; the MeetingTime application to create and modify a user or group profile; the mechanism to bulk import user profiles from other databases; the MeetingTime application to verify the configuration settings for a previously scheduled meeting; the timers associated with scheduled meetings; scheduling a meeting using a groupware application, such as Outlook; an overview of the MeetingPlace system architecture; the different types of ports, such as floater and contingency, and their utilization during a MeetingPlace conference; generation of common reports; use of the MeetingTime application to display the capacity management path; and use of capacity management displays for trend identification in MeetingPlace system utilization.
