This one and one-half hour instructor-led session will provide the attendees with the skills needed to use Cisco's MeetingPlace as well as the skills to lead or facilitate MeetingPlace sessions. The topics covered in this session include: the types of MeetingPlace conferences; how to find meetings; the process of attending a meeting; meeting room features, and the process for scheduling a new MeetingPlace meeting. Additional topics include: the different modes available in a web conference; the methods available to a presenter when sharing information; the different attendee categories and the functionality associated with each category; and the types of interaction and participation that can occur during a web conference.
This course is intended for MeetingPlace users and project members that will facilitate meetings using the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace audio/video/web-conferencing solution.
