Course Content

Various methods of CallManager and Unity administration are covered in the course as well as troubleshooting methods. The course includes hands-on laboratory exercises throughout that challenge the student to administer and monitor a Cisco CallManager cluster of components in an integrated Unified Messaging environment. The primary focus will revolve around the daily tasks associated with administering, maintenance and troubleshooting of a CallManager environment using Unity as a Unified Messaging system.
